These bikes come from the wood cycle-works in Denver Colorado where each bike is built by hand by master craftsman Chris Connor. Chris brings a long history of working with wood to the bicycle. His background in designing beautiful furniture, classical guitars, boats and carbon fiber creations all came together with his love for cycling in a realization that though careful craftsmanship, cutting-edge adhesive and composite technologies and the use of aesthetics a new flavor of bicycle can be made. The bikes have been race tested in the harshest of riding conditions and have won awards for their beauty. Best of all, they have a marine grade protective finish shielding them from the elements and keeping them beautiful for years to come.
